Whether you are trying to get pregnant or are concerned about an unplanned pregnancy, a pregnancy test is an important tool to help you make the decisions that are right for you.

PREGNANCY TESTING
LOCATIONS
Pregnancy tests are currently offered in the Elkhart and Goshen locations.
COST
The cost of each pregnancy test is $4.00. Cash, checks and credit card are all accepted.
IDENTIFICATION
Please remember to bring in some for of identification when you come in to see us.
PROOF OF PREGNANCY
Following a positive result, we are happy to furnish written proof of pregnancy.
WALK-INS
Testing is done on a walk-in basis and there is no appointment needed.
WORK/SCHOOL NOTES
Because these are done on a walk-in basis, a work or school excuse will not be provided.
