What hours are your Elkhart, Goshen and Nappannee offices open?

Office hours are the same for all three of our locations:

Monday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(Closed for lunch from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.)

Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday: Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday: CLOSED

Do you have income guidelines?

Yes. Please call the office for specific details for the program(s) you’re interested in.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, for the Dental program

Will you help me enroll in Medicaid?

Yes, for pregnant women through the Healthy Babies program only.

Do you offer pregnancy testing?

Yes. There is a $4.00 charge for the test. You will receive written confirmation of your pregnancy.

How much will I have to pay for services?

There is no charge for the services through WIC. We have a sliding fee scale for dental services but also accept Medicaid and some private dental insurance.

Do you have a doctor on staff to see me if I am pregnant?

No. Our Healthy Babies staff will help you find a doctor so that you can start your prenatal care as early in your pregnancy as possible.

Do you have a dentist on staff?

Yes. We have a dentist who provides most restorative procedures. We also have dental hygiene staff who are able to provide cleanings and apply fluoride treatments along with sealants for ongoing preventive care. Please note that this is in our Elkhart office only.
